Titans installs fine. However, the game may not immediately come to the foreground after the intro movie plays. If it doesn't find it on the task bar and select it.

After installation, right-click on the desktop icon, select Run as administrator, approve the UAC prompt, and in-game select More and finally Update Titans to install the latest patch. Once the patch has been installed, the game will restart. Exit the game and restart the game normally to ensure that your save games are saved under your user account.
